Texan students come to Bede

Starfish, hosted the University of Texas at Austin Social Work and Social Change Group, on the first of their annual visits since the end of the Covid restrictions. They were here to meet the team and learn about Domestic Abuse, as well as visiting the Learning Disabilities service.

The trip was a success: the students were impressed by Bede’s history and the current work Starfish does. A return visit is planned for next year.
