Long-time Friend of Bede Della O’Sullivan, will be launching her new book ‘Fight like a Girl, an empowering self-defence guide for all women’, on 25th May. The book draws on her experience as a survivor of violence and her journey through martial arts to become a leading UK self-defence expert, weapons expert and martial artist.
We are delighted that Della’s Fight like a Girl campaign supports the Bede Starfish domestic abuse project, and proceeds from her workshops will go towards backing their work.
